1.Request a quote


To request a quote, download the form here at the side with the styles we offer. Design your graphics on the models you’ve downloaded and indicated the quantities you need per style. Then submit your request via email to breakdown of quantities by size is helpful in creating a quote. You will receive a quote with the maximum cost shortly.

2. Check the graphic


Once the quote is accepted, an electronic art file with all the graphics on Castelli templates will be prepared. A small additional fee will be charged for every logo not supplied in vector graphic format. Vector formats include .ai, .eps and .pdf (editable). You will receive a link and password via email allowing you to view a 3-D model featuring all your graphics. A full-size color proof printed on fabric can be requested for an additional fee.

3. Test the fit


We will put you in contact with our representative for your area so you can see a sample of each garment in every size, material, and fit. The goal is to give you all the information you need so you can submit your final order with no doubts about the sizes or styles selected.

4. Submit your order


Submit your order by downloading the form here at the side. You will be supplied with a PDF copy to approve. This is your last chance to make changes or correct any errors. Once you have provided confirmation and your order is sent to production, no further changes can be made.

5. Production


Once the designs, colors, and quantities per style have been approved and the deposit has been paid, production will begin. Production time is 8 weeks from the day that payment of the deposit is confirmed.

6. Minimum quantity


For every article ordered, the minimum quantity is 10 pieces. For reorders, the minimum for each garment is 10 pieces.
